I ordered the Limited Edition Lazer Team Champion Package, but whenever I try to access the digital content, I am prompted to log in. When I logged in I got a 422 error, but I changed my email address, and I was able to log in. But now, when I look at my account, it says I have no orders, even though I bought the Limited Edition Lazer Team Champion Package. The physical items for the Package did arrive but I cant get the digital "goodies." I emailed Rooster Teeth Support but they havent responded in over three weeks. Any advice?
